    This position is responsible for managing critical commercial data, call activity, sampling reporting and analytical activities.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Working with the database/report development team, develop, process, and distribute weekly/monthly reports for the US Field Sales, Trade, National Accounts, Marketing, and Finance teams.
    • Support the commercial team’s and Aclaris leadership’s efforts to analyze prescription trends, activity, and other performance metrics to continually refine strategy and execute on business requirements.
    • Create product modeling, forecasting, sales force effectiveness, trending, variance analysis, business case development, and other operational analyses on a regular and ad hoc basis.
    • Act as departmental liaison within the organization on report enhancements, functionality improvements, ad hoc requests and other general commercial reporting support.
    • Work with internal stakeholders and field management team to investigate and resolve inquiries related to customer and market data.
    • Provide cross functional support of customer master data management.


    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Daily management and review of 867 / 852 data.
    • Provide analytic support for order flow into wholesalers, on-hand inventory, product sell out to pharmacy. Reviews customer analytics with National Account Managers and/ or Trade Director(s).
    • Provide analytical support to appropriately measure co pay compliance and application at pharmacy level.
    • Participate and coordinate monthly 3PL review (s).

    Required Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, or related analytical field.
    • 3+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with 2+ years in a Sales Operations and/or Trade Operations department.


    Preferred Education and Experience:

    • 5+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with 3+ years in a Sales Operations and/or Trade Operations leadership role.
    • Dermatology experience a plus.


    Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Behaviors:

    • Advanced level of understanding of the US healthcare systems including organization, reimbursement, decision making and emerging trends.
    • Familiarity with standard pharmaceutical industry data, including but not limited to, IMS/Symphony syndicated data, patient claims and co-pay, diagnoses/procedural codes, wholesaler/pharmacy stocking and market research outputs
    • Ability to analyze / interpret wholesaler inventory and allocate appropriate inventory
    • Proven record with Pharmaceutical industry in this area.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Tableau, QlikView and other tools used to translate data into meaningful decision support information
    • Professional, proactive demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent written/verbal communication skills.

    • This job operates in a professional office environment.
    • This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and photocopiers.
    • This position is required to work occasional nights and weekends to meet company demands.
